Returns Policy

 New and unworn items  returned within 14 days of delivery will be eligble a full refund (exluding orignal shipping costs). Return shipping costs are not included unless there was a fault or incorrect item delivered. 

Refund take up to 2 weeks but can be less.

To make a request of a return please email info@viaclouds.co.uk . We will respond with a form to be filled out & posted with your return or exchange.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the UK and worldwide. 

Shipping within the UK is posted via Royal Mail & signed for. 

 

Shipping within the UK delivery time is from 4-5 working days. Problems or delays with Royal Mail is unfortunately out of reach, but we aim to fix or keep you updated if this occurs. 

 

Shipping to EU delivery time is 5-7 working days. 

 

Shipping to the rest of the world delivery time an be from 7-10 working days. Please email for specific times if needed.
